The securities mortgage
What is a securities mortgage? We define a securities mortgage as an investment mortgage through an investment account or a securities deposit where the amount to be deposited is paid in one go. However, the amount to be deposited is not paid from equity but is co-financed in the mortgage. All things considered, the securities mortgage therefore invests with borrowed money. This form therefore has a considerably higher risk content than a normal investment mortgage .
As far as we know, the securities mortgage has not been offered for years due to the high risk. That is why we do not elaborate on this form.
