Cuatrecasas Acelera is a startup acceleration program focused on legal challenges that the Firm has been promoting since 2016. This time it is launching its 7th edition, seeking to consolidate its internationalization process.
The program is again focused on boosting the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, which will provide insight into the current international startup scene.

The registration period to participate in the new edition of Cuatrecasas Acelera will be open from May 31 to July 10. In this opportunity, participating startups will receive legal support from all areas of practice and activity of the firm for four months, as well as access to clients and funding for the development of their projects.
This edition will focus on innovative legaltech solutions and fintech projects operating in niche markets such as crypto, financial distribution, payments and e-money; health technology projects related to genomics, drug R&D, diagnostics and health applications; integrated energy in the sub-fields of renewable energy, storage and consumption; and B2B insurtech, housing, distribution and auto.
In this 7th edition, the firm’s professionals from different areas of law and business, experts in the jurisdictions and sectors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Spain, Latin America and Portugal, will join the team of mentors of Cuatrecasas Acelera to offer individualized advice adapted to each project. .
